APPROACH DETECTION
When your key fob or your personal smartphone, with available Phone As A Key,* is within a detectable range, the Lincoln Aviator responds to your approach. A dazzling array of welcome lighting in the front, rear and interior warmly greets you. Plus, models with the available Air Glide Suspension will lower themselves to help make getting in and loading cargo easier.
EXTERIOR LIGHTING
It’s a warm and welcoming experience that helps guide the way. Tied to the approach detection, the front signature lamps’ fade sequence gradually reaches full illumination.
POWERFOLD® THIRD-ROW SEAT
The convenience of added cargo room with the press of a button. The PowerFold third-row seat of the 2024 Lincoln Aviator® three-row large luxury SUV comfortably seats two passengers and can be easily folded flat with the press of a button.
LIGHT TOUCH HANDLE
The Lincoln Aviator® SUV offers standard Light Touch Handles. These special handles allow users to gently grasp the door handle and, with a light pull, the door opens. Soft Close Doors, available on Lincoln Black Label models* only, gently pull the doors closed for you.
AVAILABLE ADAPTIVE PIXEL LED HEADLAMPS
Placing light where it’s needed. The Adaptive Pixel LED Headlamps apply a number of technologies to appropriately place light both on and off the road. At highway speeds, available speed-dependent lighting is designed to shine light farther into the distance; at slower speeds, the light array widens, helping drivers to detect pedestrians and potential hazards. Light-bending functionality uses camera technology to read road signs and lane markings to pre-illuminate the direction the road is heading.

An acoustic-laminate windshield and front-door glass as well as expandable baffles further enhance interior quietness. A breath of fresh air. Available Auto Air Refresh is a holistic air filtration and active air monitoring system. Using Aviator’s standard cabin particulate and odor filter, Auto Air Refresh helps clean the cabin air by filtering out particles caused by atmospheric dust, tobacco smoke, smog and some allergens, including pollen.
AVAILABLE 360-DEGREE CAMERA
Get a bird’s-eye view on keeping you confident behind the wheel. A series of cameras captures your surroundings and merges the scenes to give you a 360-degree view of the areas surrounding the vehicle.
Available Evasive Steering Assist
Evasive Steering Assist comes into play when a slow or stopped vehicle is in your path. The system uses the camera and radar sensor technology of Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking to detect the vehicle ahead and apply Dynamic Brake Support.If the distance to the vehicle ahead of you isn’t too short and a collision can’t be avoided by braking alone, Evasive Steering Assist can help you maneuver around the vehicle by providing additional steering support when the effort you’re applying is not sufficient.
Reverse Brake Assist
With available Reverse Brake Assist, you can feel more confident when in reverse. If rear sensors detect an obstacle behind the vehicle while you’re backing up, the system can automatically apply the brakes to help you avoid a potential collision.
Available Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control
Now, navigating traffic can feel a little less stressful. Available Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control* marries camera and radar, enabling the Aviator to detect and adjust to the pace of cars ahead of you. Stop-and-Go functionality allows the vehicle to come to a complete stop and restart when traffic begins to move. * Speed Sign Recognition helps keep your journey as seamless as possible. When activated, the front-facing camera can detect speed-limit signs. Once a sign is recognized, the system can adjust the speed of the vehicle to match your preset speed tolerance.

The rear-wheel-drive platform in the Lincoln Aviator® was designed to also accommodate available all-wheel drive. Doing so gives you the option to choose what best meets your needs: the feel of rear-wheel drive or the confident grip of all-wheel drive.
AIR GLIDE SUSPENSION
The Lincoln Aviator® SUV has an Air Glide Suspension, included in the available Dynamic Handling Package, which replaces traditional hard coil springs with air bladders. These automatically inflate and deflate to help soften your ride, creating the sensation of riding on air, quite literally. This system allows the vehicle to kneel to greet you as you approach, making getting in and loading cargo more effortless. Plus the suspension will rise and lower based on specific drive modes.
LINCOLN DRIVE MODES
There’s a drive mode to match your mood and road conditions. Lincoln Drive Modes, easily selected by turning a knob in the center console, alter the available suspension settings, steering, shift points and even ride heights.
AVAILABLE ADAPTIVE SUSPENSION
Making potholes less jarring to your vehicle and your peace of mind. The adaptive suspension can detect rapid wheel drop when driving over a pothole. The suspension detects the drop and uses additional dampening to prevent the wheel from completely dropping into the pothole.
